How can I Meet Ron White?


A. If you want to meet Ron White, purchase a VIP experience.  The “200 Proof” VIP Package includes a question and answer session and a photograph toasting with Ron White.  You will also receive a signed VIP pass.

Do I need a fan club membership to purchase VIP Ticket Packages?


A. No membership is needed at this time to purchase VIP Ticket Packages.



What type of payment methods do you accept?


A. Major Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

How will I know when ticket packages are on sale?


A.  Visit http://www.TaterSalad.com often and view the tour dates and look for the “Buy Ticket”, or “VIP Experience” buy button. All pre-sale info and public on sale information will be posted there as soon as it’s confirmed. Remember, we can only post dates when they are 100% confirmed - so in many cases there may be rumors floating around and no info on TaterSalad.com. You can also stay updated by following Ron White’s Facebook page and Twitter feeds.

We send pre-sale and public on sale info in email blasts that are sent out to all email registrants, so be sure to check your email, and your spam filter for news from Ron White and TaterSalad.com!

Can I only buy VIP ticket packages online or can I do it over the phone?


A. Tickets are sold online. In some rare cases, where a customer needs the added support of a customer service representative, phone orders can be arranged. You can contact customer service by phone at 310-943-1000 if additional assistance is needed.


Is there a pre-sale code needed? 

A. No pre-sale code is needed unless stated otherwise.

How many VIP ticket packages can I buy?


A.  You can purchase up to 4 VIP ticket packages.


When and how will I get my VIP Ticket Packages?


A.  When purchasing on TicketMaster, you will immediately receive your ticket which you can print before the show. If you have any issues with TicketMaster tickets, please call their customer service number on their purchase page. If you are purchasing VIP packages through Ron White’s website, http://www.Tatersalad.com most ,of the time you will pick up your VIP tickets at the Will-Call window of the venue on the day of the show. You will receive an email about a week or two prior to the show with details of where to go once you get inside the venue. If you have a specific need for will-call email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). You’ll need to show your photo ID to pick up your tickets at Will Call. You’ll get emails updating you on the will-call process for your venue, which will most likely open 2 hours prior to show time. Get there early to avoid lines.  


Can I sell my VIP ticket package to someone else?


A. No.  Names are non-transferable.


What if the show is postponed or cancelled? Do I get the full amount of my purchase refunded?


A.  If shows are postponed, your ticket package should be good for the new date. We will email and post on TaterSalad.com information about new dates and procedures for how to use your ticket package for a rescheduled date. If the show is canceled, we will issue you a refund for the price of your ticket package minus the handling / processing fee, and any shipping costs if the tickets package has been shipped. One of the reasons we must issue these non-refundable charges is for credit card processing fees – these are 3-4% per transaction (so when you buy the ticket, and then when you are refunded). Our refunds policy makes these fees proportionate to the type of package you buy. 


Is it cheaper to buy tickets (seats) through Ticketmaster/Venue and will my seats be better if I purchase from http://www.tatersalad.com ?

A. You should buy your tickets through TaterSalad.com because we’ve got the first opportunity for you to buy the best seats held for the true Ron White fans! The cheapest ticket package through TaterSalad.com might be slightly more expensive than if you buy your seat through Ticketmaster - maybe $5-$8 more, after Ticketmaster fees are added to the face cost. So why should you spend the extra money to buy through TaterSalad.com? We’ve got the great seats, and you can be assured of having your tickets packages before the public gets the chance to buy their tickets. Plus we include a merchandise item with every VIP ticket! 


Are fees included in the Face Value of the ticket?


A. The ticketing agent may add a processing fee.  If there are any fees (beyond the face value of the ticket) these will be included in the overall VIP Ticket Package price.


How will I know where my seats are located?  Can you send me my seat location?


A. Your ticket is sold by section, not by seat specific location.  We will not be able to tell you your specific location/seat number – you will find out when your tickets arrive or when you pick them up from Will Call.  The VIP experience will take place in a smaller, less formal group setting.

My tickets that were sent to me are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed:
If you ordered through Tatersalad.com, call customer service at 310-943-1000 or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Please make sure that the delivery method for your tickets is physical delivery through the mail. If you are to pick up your tickets at the Box Office, you will not receive them in the mail.
If you ordered through Ticketmaster: For damaged or destroyed TicketFast (print-at-home) tickets, just print again from the link in your confirmation email or your My Ticketmaster account. If your tickets were sent to you, please contact Ticketmaster customer service.


Can I cancel my order if I’ve already made payment on a VIP Ticket Package?
A. All ticket Sales are Final: No request for cancellations, changes or refunds are accepted.  


Are cameras allowed into the Q&A session?


A. No cameras are allowed to the Q&A session. Your VIP representative will be on site and will take your photo with Ron. Your photo will be available for download within one week after the event at http://www.tatersalad.com.


Do you have to be 18 years or older to purchase a VIP Package?


A. The age restrictions for VIP Packages are the same, if any, set forth by the venue.


Do VIP ticket packages have seating included for wheelchair accessible seating?


A. In the event you need wheelchair accessible seating you may have to purchase your ticket through the venue Box Office separate from your VIP Experience Package. If this is your case and there are no VIP packages available without tickets please call customer service for assistance at 310-943-1000 or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with your request.  We will accommodate your needs, but cannot necessarily guarantee an exact seat location as that will depend on the venue.


I purchased a ticket package as a gift, how do I change the VIP information? 


A. Please call customer service at 310-943-1000 or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with your request.  Name changes are not allowed unless it’s to family member.


How long will ticket packages be available for sale?


A. This varies from show to show.  Generally, if tickets are offered for a show, tickets will be available for up to four (4) weeks prior to the show date unless they sell out before that.


If early entry is offered, is it guaranteed that I will be allowed to enter the venue early?


A. Early entry is on a case by case basis and more than likely not an option for a Ron White VIP Package Experience.  If there is early entry the rules and guidelines about venue re-entry are dependent upon the venue itself.  We do not make those rules.


When will I receive the merchandise items included in the VIP program?


A. When you arrive to the venue, look for the VIP manager at the merchandise table.  Your VIP representative will provide you with your autographed VIP pass and detailed information about the post-show meeting with Ron. The photograph will be downloadable from the website following the show.


When will the itinerary for the VIP Package Experience be sent? 


A. Itinerary’s for the VIP Package Experience are typically e-mailed to the purchaser’s address 5-7 business days prior to the show date. 

Can an item be brought to the 200 Proof Q&A to be signed by Ron White?
A. Due to time constraints, the only items Ron White will be signing are the VIP Laminates. Ron will not be signing any additional items at the VIP Experience.
